Krafted provides AI-assisted tooling for Shopify merchants. By using the site or app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. We collect account details you provide directly, store and product information required to operate the app, and usage data that helps us improve onboarding, page generation, and support.
We use your information to deliver Krafted features, generate Shopify storefront content, maintain product performance, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.
If you install Krafted through Shopify, we may access store data permitted by Shopify scopes you approve. That data is used only to provide the requested functionality and is handled in line with Shopify platform requirements.
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure, analytics, and customer support providers that help us operate Krafted, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
We retain information only as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business requirements. You can also uninstall the app at any time through Shopify.
